How do I return an item?
The return process is started by going to Customer Service section and then selecting the Return Requests option. You must completly fill out the form to be considered for a return and your order must also meet the quidelines outlined in the return policy.
What do I do if I forget my password?
You can request to receive a new password by selecting the
Forgot Your Password
selection under the
Sign In
tab.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email when your order has been received as well as an email when your order has shipped. Your shipment notification email will include a UPS tracking number which will allow you to track the progress of your shipped package.
